⚠️ Crucial Safety Note: Because of the volatile weather at 17,000+ feet, reputable operators always advise keeping a "Reserve Day" (Day 7) in your schedule. If a blizzard or heavy winds hit on Day 5, the entire summit attempt shifts by 24 hours. If the reserve day goes unused, you simply return to Manali a day early.
